Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping).
Return Process
Email support@ameria.co with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send a pre-paid return label.
Package and drop off the item as instructed (insured, traceable method).
Refund Timeline
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to the wrong or defective item.
Restocking Fee & Exceptions
Returns after 30 days or opened/used items may not be accepted or may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Final Sale items (e.g., intimate wear, clearance goods) are non-returnable.
Faulty or Wrong Items
Report defects or errors within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll send a return label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
