Refund policy

Return Window

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping).


Return Process

  1. Email support@ameria.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send a pre-paid return label.

  3. Package and drop off the item as instructed (insured, traceable method).

 

Refund Timeline

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to the wrong or defective item.

 

Restocking Fee & Exceptions

  • Returns after 30 days or opened/used items may not be accepted or may incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Final Sale items (e.g., intimate wear, clearance goods) are non-returnable.

 

Faulty or Wrong Items

  • Report defects or errors within 14 days of delivery.

  • We’ll send a return label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
