Shipment Regions & Timing

• We currently ship within the United States, from our warehouse in New Jersey.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping time:

  • Standard (Ground): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited (2-Day): 2 business days

  • Overnight: 1 business day (cutoff at 12 PM EST)

   

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $99.

• Expedited and Overnight shipping options are priced at checkout.

 

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package via the carrier’s site.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

• Incorrect address? We’ll contact you to update.

• Packages lost by the carrier? We’ll file a claim, and ship a replacement or issue a refund.

• Undeliverable returns due to customer error may incur a restocking fee and new shipping charges.
